2. Interview

Your interview process will start with a recruiting team screen where you'll learn more about Adept and the role you've applied for.

From there, you'll participate in 2-3 additional rounds of interviews. These are role-dependent and could include technical interviews, presentations, or take-home exercises.

The final step is always an onsite interview where you'll have the opportunity to visit our office, meet our team, and learn more about working at Adept.

3. Decision

The hiring panel will assess your fit and extend an offer if your skills, experience and values align.
